Art suppliers for two year old in Los Angeles?

Looking for reasonably priced art supplies for my two year old in West LA, culver city or Santa monica. Just simple stuff like paint brushes with a thick handle, some paints , beads etc etc...Toys r us doesnt have the nice thick handle brushes which a toddler can hold easily..Just wondering if any body has any suggestions, also its for a two year old, So i dont want to overspend.

2. Lakeshore http://www.lakeshorelearning.com It's a school supply store, there is one in West LA on Venice and National. The Lakeshore near me has sets of 10 paint brushes, color coded, for less than $10 a set. The kids actually can use them in grades above kindergarten with the fat handle. You also might want the no-spill paint cups, about $10 for 10, I think they also sell them by the piece. Sometimes Target or SavOn have good toddler supplies. The office supply stores (Staples, OfficeMax) may also.
